These terms represent the agreement entered into between Eloisa Technologies (hereinafter "ET") in the person of Francesco Lentini (hereinafter "Founder") and the user of the artificial intelligence system named Easy Logic Intelligent Software Automa (hereinafter "Eloisa").
Warranties and Liability Limitations
Eloisa Technologies provides no warranty - express or implied - of truthfulness, suitability, reliability and availability over time of the content provided by the system or shared through it. The service may be suspended at any time for any reason whatsoever, with simple advance notice, without any liability towards the user or third parties.
Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: The system does not acquire information that allows identification of the user and does not store data (cookies) on the device used for interaction.
Data Retention: Human operators may view the dialogue text, which is stored in encrypted form for 24-48 hours and is subsequently permanently deleted.
Machine Learning Use: The dialogue content may be used for automatic learning of the artificial intelligence system.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The system operates through proprietary and/or patented software algorithms. This includes back-end software and all front-end applications, such as the web interface and mobile device applications.
Multimedia content distributed or shared is protected by Italian and international copyright laws. All rights are legally reserved in the name of the Founder.
Personal Use: Unless otherwise specified, any content is intended for personal or private use.
Commercial Use: For any commercial or public use, including promotion of products and services, it is necessary to enter into specific agreements.
Updates and Modifications
Dialogue content may be updated in real time and the methods of interaction or sharing may vary automatically.
These terms may be updated without notice and are considered accepted by the user - implicitly and in full - at the time of beginning the interaction.
